I was desperate when my DSP left with minimal warning. I posted on a Parent Support Group and this agency came highly recommended. Artie, the owner, spent quite a bit of time interviewing us to make sure he understood what we were looking for in our ideal DSP. He arranged a 1:1 interview and we were more than thrilled. When my son’s diagnosis changed,  we realized we needed more coverage. Again, within hours, Artie came to the rescue and gave us an additional DSP that was perfect! I found out that Artie takes special care hiring compassionate people who really do love their job. He also takes extra time and consideration to make perfect matches.  In addition, Artie makes periodic check-in calls to make sure we are happy and addresses any concern we may have (which were none but still... no owner of an agency has ever done this!) My son had greatly benefited from both DSPS; with regards to companionship and support. His self esteem soared and he is very happy.  I just wished we knew about Arthur Daniel Agency sooner.
